After pressing the " IN THE CART ", the ordered goods are automatically added to the shopping cart that is available for view at any time. Creating an order is subject to registration at . When registering, the customer is required to fill in the personal data required by the system. These data will be used for the purpose of creating the order and Vladimir Kocnar - ARA guarantees that they will not be misused for other purposes. If consent is given for the registration of newsletters and favored offers, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA may use registration data for marketing activity related to its activities. Upon registration, each customer will be assigned a personal account to be reported on purchases at Under this account will be created orders, registered discounts and other benefits for each customer. At the same time, it is in the interest of each user to protect their login information, as providing them to another person means giving it to under the name of the user.

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted including VAT. If the form of payment was chosen by cash on delivery, the order will have to be paid to the sender when picking up the goods.

Article 4
Delivery terms and delivery cost

Vladimír Kočnár - ARA commits to deliver the ordered goods to the customer within 7 working days of the payment of the order (bank transfer). If the company Vladimír Kočnár - ARA does not have the goods physically in its warehouse (to be informed by the customer) and orders it with the supplier only upon the order of the customer, he undertakes to deliver the goods to the customer not later than 4 weeks after payment of the advance invoice.

Payment is the moment of payment of the reimbursement to the account of Vladimír Kočnár - ARA, for which the reimbursement was to be remitted. If the delivery time is technically unfeasible, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA undertakes to inform the customer without delay, and if there is no agreement between Vladimír Kočnár - ARA and the customer about the delivery of the goods within the spare time, the provision of other goods of the same quality and price , nor any other substitute, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA undertakes to return the price paid to the customer within 15 days.

In the case of a delivery, the goods are usually delivered within 5 working days of the order.

Vladimír Kočnár - ARA commits to deliver the goods to the customer at the address that the customer states in the order as the place of delivery.

If the customer selects a personal collection method in one of ARA's stores as a method of transport, this will only be possible if the ordered goods are physically present in that ARA outlet. In the event of unavailability, an alternate procedure will be agreed with the customer.

Article 5

Customer order cancellation - Customer has the right to cancel the order in writing (company address), by phone (0917/820964) or by e-mail to: that the price of the order (advance invoice) has not yet been paid. In the event that the customer cancels the order after payment of the order price (advance invoice), but before the delivery of the goods, even if the delivery time has not yet expired pursuant to Article 4, Vladimir Kočnár - ARA reserves the right to deduct the incurred costs associated with the handling of this order and in the case of goods marked in the offer with the text "on order" also a cancellation fee of 20% of its price. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after the goods are taken, the procedure is in accordance with Article 7.

Cancellation of the order by Vladimír Kočnár - ARA - The company reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:

- it is not possible for technical reasons to deliver the goods within the required time or terms of the order, the goods are no longer produced or delivered or the price has changed significantly by the supplier. If this happens, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA will contact the customer without delay to agree on the next procedure. In the event that the customer has already paid the price from the order (advance invoice) or part of it and there is no agreement between Vladimír Kočnár - ARA and the customer for the supply of other goods of the same quality and price or any other substitute performance, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA commits return the customer within 15 days to his account or address the price paid for the goods or advance.

Article 6

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods. 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing via e-mail at animalsshop @ animals or in other ways that does not give rise to any doubts that the contract has been withdrawn. In the event that the customer applies his right to withdraw from the contract, he will return the goods to Vladimír Kočnár - ARA personally in the company's address - Slnečná ulica 33, Pezinok 902 01 or otherwise agreed in advance with Vladimír Kočnár - ARA, not later than 14 days from the date on which he exercised his right to withdraw from the contract. The goods may not show signs of use and must be in the original undamaged packaging with complete accessories. If the goods fully meet the declared quality requirements and was not defective, the customer will return the goods at their expense. If the goods or packaging shows signs of damage or the goods are not complete, Vladimír Kočnár - ARA reserves the right to charge the customer with the costs associated with putting the goods in their original state.

Vladimír Kočnár - ARA commits to return to the customer, within 15 days of the day of his / her withdrawal, the price paid for the goods or an advance he has paid, including the costs incurred by the customer for the ordering of the goods. p>

Vladimir Kočnár - ARA reserves the right to deduct the estimated costs associated with handling this order.

Article 7

Customer must visually check the goods immediately after and after downloading. He is not entitled to refrain from accepting the goods if the mechanical damage apparent to him is apparently caused by the carriage or if the goods are incomplete. In such a case, he is required to write down the damage report or refuse to accept the consignment. Mechanical damage to the product in undamaged packaging must be reported immediately after receipt of the shipment and not used. Later complaints of this nature will not be accepted with respect to the carrier's terms of claim.

In the event of a claim being made, the usual complaint procedure set out in the Complaint Rules for ARA customers applies. When claiming a right of repair, the customer will bring the goods complained of, including an invoice (possibly another form of tax document). When applying other rights arising from the liability of Vladimír Kočnár - ARA for defects (ie the right to exchange the item, the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and the right to a reasonable discount), the customer will bring the goods, including the invoice (if any other form of tax document) after a prior agreement with Vladimir Kocnar - ARA.

If the complaint is caused by the customer - product damage, improper use, or inappropriate handling, the customer is required to compensate the seller for all costs associated with the claim. Vladimír Kočnár - ARA is not responsible for defects that have been caused by mechanical damage to the product, operation of the product under unsuitable conditions (chemically aggressive, dusty, humid environment, strong magnetic field ...), interference with the product other than an authorized person (authorized service) , or caused by a natural disaster or incorrect power supply.
